Weekly property check to include:-

     Arrange for any faults to be fixed (liase with owners first to agree a price)

     Flush toilets and check for any water leaks/damp etc.

     Weekly email report to owners

Meet & Greet

Call on guests either same day or next morning depending on arrival time to welcome them, make sure they have everything they need, show them how everything works, tell them about local attractions etc.    Euros 15.00

 

Welcome packs

Basic - Bread, Milk, Margarine, Juice, Water, Tea, Coffee, Sugar, ham, cheese, marmalade.

Luxury - As above, plus bottle of red & white wine.  Euros 35.00

Special occasions - Flowers, fruit basket, champagne etc. on request
